He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mock and Flonnie Allen Parker; his wife Edith Rose Tart Parker; and his daughter Cynthia Rose Parker. He is survived by: his sons, Willie Glenn (Rebecca Parker) and William Garry (Naomi Parker); his grandchildren, Hunter Trey Parker and Heather Rose Parker; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Welsh (Page) of Four Oaks, Louie McLamb of Four Oaks, Ann West (Carlton) of Smithfield, Floy Mae Barbour of Four Oaks, Joseph Parker of Smithfield, Ira Parker of Benson and Harvey Parker (Betty Rose) of Four Oaks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In accordance with NC-COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home suggests practicing social distancing and the three W's: wait, wash, and wear a face covering.
