She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver Holland and Delton Jennings Holland; her husband David Lee Cook; her daughter Patsy Lynn Cook; and her siblings, Bryant Holland, Bernice Penley, Phyllis Caldwell and Marsha Mason.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene Williams (late Robert Williams), Rick Cook (Vanessa Cook) and Angela Burrell (Adam Burrell) of Franklin, NC.; and her grandchildren, Alicia Higdon, Rob Williams, Luke Cook, Taylor Cook, Jordan Burrell, Payton Burrell, Corey Burrell, Jason Kehle and Renee Jones. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
