She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Edna Williamson Lewis; and her husband Gilbert J. Cummings. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Mossbarger (Tom) of Franklin, David B. Walker of Florida and Jacob J. Walker (Mary) of Florida; and her brother David Lewis (Joan) of Franklin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
