With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sue Wiggins (Franklin, North Carolina), born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on April 12, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Rusch and Virginia Grace Piper Rusch; and her brother Mike Rusch. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Owens (Sherry) of Morristown, TN, Sharla Owens of Whitesburg, TN, Arlene Brancaccio (Frank) of Seminole, FL, Denise Shields (Kevin) of Franklin, Joe Owens (Kim) of Morristown, TN, Melody Wiggins of Richmond, KY, Christel Hall (Tony) of Portland, TN and Raleigh Wiggins of Richmond, KY; and her siblings, Rhonda Dean of Brooksville, FL and Randy Rusch. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
