He is survived by: his parents, Howard M. Moore Sr. and Lillian McEntire Moore; his wife Lena Osborne Moore; his sons, Howard M. Moore III and Patrick Seth Moore; his daughters-in-law, Jamie Alexander Moore and Amanda Stancil Moore; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Brown, Jacob Brown, Tanner Moore and Cullen Moore.
