He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence King and Estella "Pearl" King. He is survived by: his wife Joy King; his children, Calvin C. King, Jr. (Melony), Carl A. King and Nicole A. King; his grandchildren, Kashawn L. Geter, Kelseigh P. King, Adlai A. King, Elliott M. King, Azaiah A. King and Za'dyn E. King; and his sisters, Yvonne, Donna and Camille. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Trice Funeral Home Chapel (127 N West St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fuquay Varina United Methodist Church (100 S Judd Pkwy SE, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526).
