She is survived by: her daughter Laura Moody; her granddaughters, Sarah, Abby and Julia of Fuquay-Varina, NC; her son Michael Bollinger; her grandson Ashley of Georgia; her son Richard Bollinger; Pastor Darren Talley (Carla).

In lieu of flowers, Carol asked for donations to be made to St. Judes Children's hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
