It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David William Chadwell Jr. of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David W. Chadwell, Sr. and Eva Chadwell (Reis); his wife Sheila Kay (Waters); his sister-in-law Cheryl Chadwell; and his nephew John C. Chadwell, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Campbell (Chadwell) and Theresa Martin (Dan); his grandchildren, Ashley (Campbell), Tyler Woitzel, Anthony Martin (Jane Elizabeth), Ellie Kay (Campbell) and Tyson Winter; his daughter Annie Beth Campbell; his brother John Chadwell, Sr.; and his niece Christine Chadwell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in David's honor to Transitions Life Care, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC, or Humane Society of the Lakes (Detroit Lakes, MN).
