She is survived by: her husband Robert Smith of Raleigh, NC; her siblings, Robert Hornbeck, Jr. (Debora) of Holiday, FL, Richard Hornbeck (Meg) of Lilburn, GA and Patti Jo Renaud of Ellenville, NY.; her siblings' children, Jason Hornbeck of New Port Ritchie, FL, Robert Hornbeck (Jennifer Pahl), James Hornbeck (Amanda) of Braselton, GA, Rebecca (James Wilson) and Stephanie (Michael Martinez); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ariel Hornbeck, Alissa Hornbeck, Jackson Hornbeck, Abigail Hornbeck and Robert Martinez.
