He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Herman McClaren and Maxine Billings McClaren; and his brothers, Jim McClaren, Rick McClaren and Dick McClaren.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McClaren; his sons, Donald C. McClaren (Beth), Joseph McClaren (Megan), John Stamer (Karri) and Josh Stamer (Jessica); his siblings, Neva Nolan (Rick), Robert McClaren (Pam), Linda Terrell (Don), Gary McClaren (Linda) and Mike McClaren; his sister-in-law Jennifer McClaren; and his grandchildren, Ryan McClaren, Cassidy McClaren, Aidan McClaren, Makayla Stamer, Andrew Stamer, Maximus Stamer, Evalynn Stamer and Leonidas Stamer.
