He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughters, Debbie Arrowood of Fuquay Varina, Donna Arrowood of Fuquay Varina and Julia Arrowood of Greensboro, NC.; his siblings, Della Ford of Rome, GA, Jean Biddix of Oakridge, TN, Eula McKoury of Newland, NC, Doris Arrowood of Willow Springs, NC and Gene Arrowood of Nebo, NC.; his grandchildren, Amber Mazzeo (Jim) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Anna Vaughn (Jason), Daphne, Clayton, Andrew Strickland (Brianne), Theodore and Lynley of Durham, NC; and his great grandchildren, Seth Strickland (Maddison) of Shallotte, NC, Candia Robertson (Benjamin), Brandon, Isaiah, Sodonna of Fuquay, NC, English Tyler, Josalyn of Burlington, NC and Trevor Gerrell of Angier, NC..
Up until March of 2020 when the COVID 19 Pandemic struck, his wife was there first thing every morning to care for him.
