Cook and Georgia Porter Cook; his wife Virginia Ann Koger; his children, Kendall Ann Tersiguel (Remi) of Valbonne and Matthew Porter Cook (Melanie) of Bowling Green, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, David Tersiguel, Luc Tersiguel, Andrew Cook and Layne Cook.
