He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willard and Virgie Law Agnew; his wife Marilyn Jean Agnew; and his son-in-law Gregory W. Davis. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Agnew Davis; his sister Peggy Conklin (Coy); his grandson Jamie Davis (Erin); and his sister-in-law Geraldine Stuffel.
