He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben W. Mills and Edith Hornsby Mills; his grandson Jaroth Burgett; and his brother Earl Mills. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Mills, Edith Marie Gann and Eugene W. Mills; his siblings, Danny Mills, Ben Mills, Jr. and Janet F. Moreton; and his aunt Stella Rogers. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, four nieces, four nephews.
