He was predeceased by: his sister Elizabeth "Betty" Fleming (Alexander). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Fasy of Fuquay-Varina, NC; his brother Jerry Fasy (Judy) of Philadelphia, PA; his siblings-in-law, Marie Gryn (Len) of Philadelphia, PA, Bernadette Anastasi Currin of Gloversville, NY and Vincent Anastasi; and his children, Joseph Fasy (Rachel) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Yolanda Fley of Vallejo, CA and John Fasy Jr. (Despite) of Miami, FL. He is also survived by many grandchildren, 2 great granddaughters, nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
