He is survived by: his wife Margaret Vuncannon Chandler; his children, Mark Horton (Debbie) of Longs, SC, Connie Horton Austin of Lillington, Michelle Horton Stephens (Jeremy) of Fuquay-Varina and Brad Horton (Danalynn) of Fuquay-Varina; and his brothers, James Chandler of Asheboro and Julian Chandler of Burlington. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
