She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Sauls and Vivian Sauls; her brother Harold Sauls; and her significant other Jeff. She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Gause (Robert) of Fuquay-Varina, Margaret Howard (Mark) of Fuquay-Varina and Karen Clark (Mac) of West End; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Martin (Jess), Allan Howard (Lauren), Douglas Clark (Veronica), Neil Clark (Connor), Luke and Joseph Fish; her great grandchildren, Micah, Moriah, Wells and Cora Martin; and her grandchildren, Mark Allan, Turner Howard, Andie and Jimmie Clark.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fuquay-Varina Baptist Church (301 N Woodrow St, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Montlawn Memorial Park (2911 S Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603).
