Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Larue Olive of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 89, on January 16, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund G. Wilson and Lucille Stephenson Wilson; her husband James Edward Olive; and her siblings, Lou Casey, Peggy Harris, Rudolph Wilson and Glenn Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Smith (Randy) of Fuquay-Varina, Judy Krueger of Lillington, Susan Nichols of Fuquay-Varina, Ronald Olive of Fuquay-Varina, Bobby Olive (Kim) of Lillington and David Olive (Gail) of Benson; and her pet Dopey. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
As a devoted member of Pleasant Union Christian Church, she requested that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the church at: 2164 Neills Creek Road, Lillington, NC 27546.
