He was predeceased by: his siblings, Andrew McDuffie, Charles McDuffie Sr., Mary Magaline Jacobs and Mary Ann Pittman. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Cummings McDuffie; his sons, Thomas McDuffie and Johnny McDuffie (Tanya) of Apex; his grandchildren, Nickea of Raleigh and Jona of Apex; his great grandchild Rainbow of Raleigh; his siblings, Joseph McDuffie of New Haven, CT, Ernest McDuffie of Baltimore, MD, Winnie Lyons (Edgar) and Sally Waller of Fuquay Varina; his niece Annie Stowe; and his friends, Jimmy and Lynn Sidney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
