It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mattie Morton of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin E. Morton of Holly Springs, NC. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Wester (Larry), Cathy Blanchard (Ricky) and Bobby Morton (Jaxie); her grandchildren, Candy, Jonathan Wester (Monica), Katie Currin (Brandon), Noah Blanchard (Brandi) and Korrie Blanchard Smith (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Wester, Jace Currin, Rylan Currin, Lyla Grace Currin, Lucas, Logan, Wayne Blanchard, Brantley Blanchard and Eli Smith. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
