She is survived by: her daughter Ivy Runell Adams of Fuquay-Varina; her sister Sandra Fish Shannon of Monroe, NC; her brother-in-law Joel R. Adams of Raleigh; her granddaughters, Camie Linn Taylor of Fayetteville, Maggie Monteen Smith of Garner and Ashlee Judson Adams of Angier; her great grandchild Tyler Ray Hodges of Garner; her nieces, Kelly Moses of Charleston, SC and Rebecca Spivey of Wilmington; her nephew-in-law David Melton of Wilmington; her close friends, Sandra Thompson of Fuquay-Varina, Barbara Cantrell of Fuquay-Varina, Diane Sartini of Fuquay-Varina, Pede Taylor of Fayetteville and Anfesa Matthews of Angier; Grover Blackmon, Thomas Allen and Monteen.
