She is survived by : her son Bryan Lanier; her sisters, Mary Joyce Sledge of Fayetteville, NC and Lethia Hargrove (Willie) of Richmond, VA; her brothers-in-law, Dannie Lanier of Chalybeate Springs, NC and Tommy Fuquay Varina (Beatrice); her niece Ellen Chavis of Garner, NC; her pet Pablo Diego Lanier; and her siblings, Chester Daniels, Melvin Daniels, Lilly Mae Lanier and Etoy Daniels.
