She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Edward Blanchard; her parents, Roger Weaver and Retha Weaver of Lillington, NC.; and her brother Col. Joseph B. Weaver of Bossier City, LA.. She is also survived by 4 sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
