She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Ockletree of Fuquay-Varina; her son Rushun Ockletree (Hannelore); her grandson Kayden Ockletree of Fayetteville; her siblings, Roger Lynch (Missy) of Fayetteville, Michael Pearson of Washington, DC, Bonita James of Fayetteville and Keisha Pearson-Scott of Fayetteville; and her parents-in-law, Jenny Terry (Ed) of Virginia, Patricia Ballard (André) of Dunn, Deborah Jackson of Maryland, Ronnie Ockletree of Fayetteville, Gloria Cole of Maryland, Myrtle Ray of Lillington, Levon Ockletree (Pansy) of Durham, Vickie Surles (William) of Lillington, Ici Stewart of Lillington and Jewel Ockletree of Lillington.
The funeral service will be conducted Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 12:00 Noon at the Gethsemane Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Raleigh, following the church's guidelines for entrance, capacity and social distancing.
