As Henrietta Outen departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Henrietta Outen may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Henrietta Outen leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Franklin and Rachel Craig Outen; and her husband Robert Whaley. She is survived by: her children, Rachel Byrd (Tim) and Frank Pronger (Tammy); her siblings, Rachel Goodrum (Carl) and Pete Outen (Amy); and her granddaughter Jordana Pronger.
