He is survived by: his wife Ruth Daughtry Dupree; his daughters, Tammy Dupree Penny (Jeff) of Apex and Melanie Dupree Policke (Tim) of Forest, Virginia; his grandchildren, Stephen Michael Policke, Rachel Ann Policke, Nicholas Payton Penny and Mackenzie Dupree Penny; and his siblings, Judy Nappier (Jim) of Clayton, Larry Dupree (Elmerine) of Zebulon and Danny Dupree (Valerie) of Clayton.
