She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Vance and Anna Slaughter Wynn; her husband Billy Ray Parker; and her brothers, Bobby Wynn and Billy Wynn.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Parker Rogers; her son-in-law Timothy Rogers; her granddaughters, Rachael Fuller (Zack) and Renee Rogers; her great grandchildren, Audrey Fuller and Beau Fuller; her sister Dorothy Wade; and her friend Donna.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home- Garner (1200 Benson Rd, Garner, NC 27529). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mid-Way Baptist Church (6910 Fayetteville Rd, Raleigh, NC 27603).
