He is survived by : his wife Connie Lee Long; his sons, Daryl (Denise Phillips Long) of Rocky Mount and Brandon Long; his grandchildren, Brianne Long, Jordahn Long, Davis Long of Greensboro and Tia Phillips of High Point; his great grandchildren, Ali and Riyah; and his siblings, Earl Long of Seaboard and Linda Brown of Roanoke Rapids. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
