He is survived by: his children, Shanna Warren and Cody Warren; the parent of his children Trish Warren; his stepfather Richard Lee Johnson; and his siblings, Donna Grant, Patricia Elliott, Ronald (Robin Warren) and Sidney (Deborah Warren).
