He was predeceased by: his parent Maude Spencer (Evans); his wife Carolyn Spencer (Redding); and his brother Ronnie Spencer. He is survived by: his parent Elisha Spencer; his children, Lisa Dawn Spencer and Stephen Spencer (Amy); his granddaughters, Ashley Mitchell (Mike) and Allison Spencer; his great grandchild Taylor Mitchell; and his sisters, Daisy Tatham and Deborah Clanton.
