He is survived by: his parent Flossie Stowe Maddox; his children, Larry Maddox (Kaye) of Gastonia, Shelby Hamilton of Gastonia and Ginger Foster (Phil) of Front Royal, VA; his siblings, Gerald Maddox of Franklin, NC, Ruby Hamilton and Sherry McCall of Gastonia; his grandchildren, Ragan Norris (Chris), Emily Foster (Gary), George Maddox III (Kara) and Elizabeth Foster; and his great grandchildren, Jace, Clay, Allie, Elias, Brody, Sadie, Khesed, Anna Grace and Owen.
