He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnie Nathan Ellis, Sr. and Mary Bradley Ellis. He is survived by: his sisters, Sherry Bolick and Janice Morrison (Charles); his children, Benji Ragland and Ansley Welch; and his grandson Chase Welch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Johnny had a big heart and financially supported St. Jude Children's Hospital and other charity organizations.
