He was predeceased by : his parents, John D. Smith and Dicie Huggins Smith; and his daughter Belinda "Lynne" Sizemore. He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Moore Smith; his children, Randy Smith (Cindy) and Patti White (David); his son-in-law Les Sizemore; his siblings, Clyde Smith (Rachel), Doug Smith (Pat), Danny Smith (Carmen), Madeline Davis (Thales) and Carol Koontz; his grandchildren, Wendi Foreman (Jesse), Danielle Moore (Russell), Lindsey Connolly (Brian), Lisa Gee (Adam), Karen Smith (Lee), Michaela and Kasie White; and his great grandchildren, Grant, Aidan, Joshua, Layla, Emma Kate and Evelyn.
