He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Gaddis Barnes; his daughters, Karen Rogers and Stacey Shaf (B. J.); his stepchildren, Jonathan and Jason (Angie); and his stepgrandchildren, Sara Eldridge (Mac) and Wesley White.
