She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Henry Messer and Beulah Boyd Messer; her husband Lynn Eric Frazier; her brothers, Bobby Messer and Jack Messer; and her niece Lisa Fletcher.

She is survived by : her siblings, William Messer and Linda Hendrick (Jack); and also Annie Lee Garrett.
