She was predeceased by: her parent Drennan Chitwood Strickland; her stepfather Dwight Strickland; and her brothers, Jeff Strickland and Sean Harmon. She is survived by: her father Steve Eugene Broughton; her stepmother Sandra Broughton; her daughter Lauryn Jacobs; her pet Finnley; her stepsiblings, Lorrie Bradshaw and Chris Harmon; and her sister-in-law Marcie Strickland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hollywood Cemetery (540 N Broad St, Gastonia, NC 28054).
