It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Xiomara MacKenzie Moore of Gastonia, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, Malcolm Long and Carona Moore; her siblings, Kerrion Moore, Kurron Moore, Rakeem Collins, Nosha Long and MaKayla Long; her grandparents, Edgar Moore and Naomi Huitt; her aunts and uncles, Kimberly Moore, Yvette Moore, Christopher Wright and Maurice Moore; her great-uncles and great-aunts, Brenda Wright, Vivian Wright, Karen Cox (Robert), Helena Long, James Wright, Herman Long and Sherman Long; and her cousins, Jade Moore, Layson Brown, K'len Moore, Kamron Wright, Latoya Wright, Alexis Hall, Aryanna Wright, Lachetta Wright Patterson, J. Patterson, Jaiden Patterson, Jaxson Patterson, Kenya Wright, Justin Wright, Kwon Wright and Jerrard Wright.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Greene Funeral Services - South Chapel (1503 S York Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the South Gastonia Church of God (310 Carolina Ave, Gastonia, NC 28052). A burial was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Gaston Memorial Park (1200 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054).
