Boone of Gates, NC and Barnette D. Boone (Megan) of Winterville, NC; and his siblings, Mary Lassiter of Gates, NC and Larry D. Boone (Adell) of Gatesville, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
