It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Jackson Greene of Gates, North Carolina, born in Hinton, West Virginia, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo L. Jackson and Ruby Lively Jackson Parker; her grandparents, Maud, Frank Lively and Orson Greene; and her daughter Sharon G. Harrell.
She is survived by: her husband Orson Wayne Greene, Sr.; her children, Carolyn G. Hare (Andy) of Tyner, Orson Wayne Greene, Jr. (Tawnya) of Gates and David A. Greene (Ashlee) of Murfreesboro; her siblings, Linda Rowell (Roy) of Suffolk, Jo Ann Miller (late Gary) of Hinton and Jack Parker, Jr. (Darlene) of Hinton; and her son-in-law Harrell, Jr. (Susan) of Gates.
With the resurgences of the Covid Virus in the area, no formal visitation is planned; however, friends may speak with the family at the graveside immediately following the service.
