She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Cromer and Kat Cromer; her siblings, Bruce Wayne Cromer, Wanda Faye Cromer and Susan Ann Cromer; and her grandparents, Addie and Charlie Cromer.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Scoggins; her sons, John Kelly Smith and Bobby Aaron Stokes; and her siblings, Floyd Cromer, Kathy Robinson, Sherry Dickens and Donna Matthews. She is also survived by family, and she leaves behind nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the George Brothers Funeral Service (803 Greenhaven Dr, Greensboro, NC 27406).
