It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Penny (Gold Hill, North Carolina), born in Troy, Ohio, who passed away on March 29, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her stepparents, Maynard Koopman and Georgia Stager; and her brother Terry Wood. She is survived by : her husband Doyle K. Penny; her daughters, Jolene Wirt (Thomas) and Krystal Dixon (Joseph); her grandchildren, Tres Wirt, Alexis Wirt, Elizabeth Dixon, Victoria Dixon, William Dixon and Christopher Dixon; and her pet CoCo.
