He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dwight Kramer Rowe and Earlene Rowe. He is survived by: his sons, Mansel Rowe of Goldsboro, Maurice Rowe (Tammy) of Goldsboro and Jamel Rowe of Goldsboro; and his sisters, Elma Rowe Best (Elder Nathaniel Best) of Goldsboro and Annie Cain of Goldsboro.
