He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Oakley and Rachel Tripp Oakley; his wives, June Flynn Oakley, Irmgard Oakley and Edna Oakley; and his siblings, Eula Heath, Minnie House Hellickson, Doris O. Stewart, Ann O. Harris, Eugene Oakley and J. P. Oakley.
He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Coy Oakley and Matthew Carl Oakley. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
