She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Newman and Pearlie Newman of Chicago, IL.; and her husband Charles Frank Greene. She is survived by: her sisters, Rosa Lee Towner and Emily Driskel; her children, James L. Jackson (late Mary Jackson), Edward Jackson (Eddie), Chester Jackson, Andrew Jackson (Dedra Jackson), Tereena Jackson (Sharon Jackson), Richard Greene (Marsha Greene), Bobby Jackson, Eugene Jackson, Keisha Greene, Tanger Jones, Stacey Greene and Adrian Greene; and her close friend Veronica Holmes. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives.
