He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McKinley Wiggs and Myrtle Williford Wiggs; and his siblings, Virginia Dare Wiggs, Alvis Wiggs, Lester Wiggs, James O. Wiggs and Patricia Ann Huber.
He is survived by: his wife Angelina Javier Wiggs; his sons, Benny Wiggs, Jr. (Donna) and Bracey Wiggs (Sabrina); his stepchildren, Elouise J. Kearney (Dylan), Jordan T. Morrison and John N. J. Morrison; his sister Mary Ann Brobst; his grandchildren, Christopher (Amanda), Brandon, Dylan, Kourtney and David; and his great grandchild Danny Nelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
