She is survived by: her son Sam McNeill, Jr.; her wife Vickie of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Sam McNeill III, Tyler McNeill (Catherine) and Cameron McNeill; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Kyler, Ava, Ross and Ryan.
