She is survived by: her husband David A. Radford; her daughter Cindy of New Bern; her son-in-law Ken of New Bern; her grandchildren, Christy and Nathan; and her brothers, Buddy Mercer (Joyce) of Henderson, Roger Mercer (Deborah) of South Carolina and James Mercer (Carol) of Georgia.
