It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Garris Justice (Goldsboro, North Carolina), who passed away on July 18, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham Justice and Naomi Garris Justice; and his brothers, Graham Ray Justice and Robert Justice. He is survived by: his brother Grifton Justice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
