It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Hall (Goldsboro, North Carolina), born in Halifax, North Carolina, who passed away on May 23, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Forest Hall and Ethel Dawson Hall. He is survived by: his grandson Bill; his wife Anna O'Conner Hall; his children, Mavis Williams (Jake), Billy Hall, Jr. (Ruth), Terry Hall, Ronald Sills, Lisa Stancill (Gene) and Lynn Smith; his grandchildren, Billy Hall, III, Caleb Hall, Michael Tillman, Kimberly Bradfield, Nicholas Sills, Hannah Williams, Caroline Smith and Madison Stancill; his sister Lorraine Butts (Danny); and his siblings-in-law, David Grant and Kathy Smith (Ray). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
