Kirby (Brook), Josh Kirby (Heather Wolfe Smith), Dustin Sterkenburg (Karrie) and Chad Sterkenburg (Erin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trey Manzulli, Ashlyn Manzulli, Tyler Wade, Tanner Wade, Chloe Lee, Carla Kirby, Tripp Kirby, Jake Kirby, Arlee Kirby, Briley Smith, Carter Sterkenburg, Ava Sterkenburg, Landon Sterkenburg and Karys Sterkenburg; his uncles, Michael (Kitty Shifflett) and Ernest (Teresa Shifflett); and his aunt Peggy Weikle.
